Shipping Information
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
You will be able to select your shipping arrangement at the time that your order is placed. In the event that we are backordered more than two weeks, we will notify you via email. If we are unable to meet your order request within thirty days, we will notify you once again. We will notify you via email as soon as orders are shipped. Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.
Return and Refund Policy
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Beer Geek Shop will not be held liable for damaged or broken glassware more than five days after receipt of your order. If the product is determined to be damaged during shipping, Beer Geek Shop will, at its sole option, replace the product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover product damage caused by misuse or accident.
If you desire to make a warranty claim, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Beer Geek Shop. This RMA may be requested by either calling our support line at 888-986-2337 extension 1, or by sending an email to us at customerservice@beergeekshop.com. You must indicate each of the following items:
1. Name of product 2. Reason for the return 3. Your name 4. Your full shipping address
You must ship the product to us at your expense by whichever method is most convenient for you, so long as we receive it within 30 days of issuance of your RMA. Beer Geek Shop will accept the expense to ship the replacement product or the refund to you.
